PROJECT WORK: please gather in groups of 4 and work on the project for your assessment: Think of (or imagine) a problem due to faulty design, that may generate bad experience with users (or even harm them)
1. Describe the problem and its consequences on users
2. Explain why the design is faulty, or inappropriate
3. Propose a solution
4. Convince us of the importance of your solution (will users’ experience tremendously change? Will it be “profitable”, saving time or money? How about a cost benefit analysis?)
You will present your work to the class during seminar 3 (mark: /17). We will also test your vocab in seminar 3. (Vocab: mark: /3)
Assessment:
1/ This presentation (+ vocab test) will be worth 50% of your final grade.
2/ A written test with my colleague – Worth 50% of your final grade.
